Assured Grace Healthcare exists to close a gap we saw clearly: families need caregivers they can trust completely, and healthcare provider organizations need a partner who actually understands the regulatory ground they stand on. We built one company to answer both.
How We Started
Two problems, one standard of care
Assured Grace Healthcare was founded in Ellicott City, Maryland, out of a simple observation: the same qualities that make a caregiver trustworthy in someone’s home — consistency, rigor, and genuine attentiveness — are exactly what healthcare provider organizations need from a staffing and compliance partner.
Rather than build two separate companies, we built one. Families get caregivers who are licensed, vetted, and personally matched to their needs. Provider organizations get a consulting partner who has done the work of translating DDA regulatory expectations into functional, sustainable day habilitation and community service programs. Both sides of the business hold each other to the same standard.
